I need to cancel my permit. Can I get a refund?
If a permit is cancelled prior to its expiration and no work was performed, you can submit a written request for a permit refund. If approved, MCDOT will refund the permit fee, less the processing fee and 20% of the original permit fee. Return to MCDOT
