  • Mobile Vaccination for Medically Homebound  If you or a loved one are unable to be transported to a vaccination site due to being medically homebound or live in a long-term care facility, in-home vaccination may be an option through a mobile provider.  Learn more 
  • Pfizer Booster Shot Rollout Begins:  On Sept. 24th, the CDC approved recommendations for Pfizer vaccine booster shots for individuals 65+, residents in long-term care settings, adults 18-64 with underlying medical conditions, and adults 18-64 in high-risk work and institutional settings at least 6 months after their Pfizer primary series.  Please see our booster shot FAQs for more information.
  • FDA/CDC Approves Additional Vaccine Dose for Immunocompromised: The FDA amended the emergency use authorizations (EUAs) for both the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine and the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine Aug. 12th to allow for the use of an additional dose in certain immunocompromised individuals.   • New Research Supports Vaccination is Safe for Pregnant Women: CDC has released new data on the safety of the COVID-19 vaccines in pregnant people and is recommending all people 12 years of age and older get vaccinated against COVID-19.
